Her conviction was overturned month ago by the 9CCA. <br />2. The corrupt detective who claimed she had confessed to him will not testify in a retrial asserting his 5th amendment privileges!!! How many times as that happened in legal and trial history?<br />3. If the corrupt detective does not testify, it is hard to see a retrial taking place at all since his false testimony was the only thing that connected her to the two killers, neither of which ever asserted she had anything to do with the murder.<br />4.
